I have been working with America's phone Guys for years and I can always count on Caleb. He is fast always make room for us his on his schedule. He is pleasant and understanding. I highly recommend them if you want a family owned company that knows there stuff this is the company for you.

I've had the positive fortune to deal professionally with America's Phone Guys for more than five years, and I can say that in my 40+ years of I.T. and Technology experiences, this organization ranks as one of the most remarkably friendly, prescient, and technically competent with which I've worked. When I happen to raise an arcane technical question regarding the various systems they provide for me and also my clients - they always "have my back". When I need path guidance for my client's product choices, again they are there with excellent perspectives from which I may choose and which are easy to make solid recommendations. I've had to reach out to them at odd, non-standard hours - amazing support, always! Both front- and back-end support staff have been great with which to deal, and their internal escalation paths are both efficient and **fast**. I can unreservedly recommend America's Phone Guys and look forward to the next batch of system deployments with them!

Once again, America's Phone Guys, saves the day. Our Tech Erich was super knowledgeable, friendly and solved our VM resets with the usual efficiency. I love that they always have time for the little people.

These guys were so helpful & knowledgeable. They were able to get our phones upgraded and connected them to the outside loudspeaker! The loudspeaker was the best upgrade! The previous phone company that we used wasn't able to get that done so we were very impressed. Everything works perfectly! Craig & Caleb were very professional, friendly, and helpful. They tested everything & made sure we knew how to work everything before they left. I couldn't be any happier with their work! Craig even mounted my phone on the wall for me so I could have more desk space. These guys are awesome!!

They have the best customer services I have seen. We have an old phone system at our office, and one that the service tech had not seen, which we have heard before. His supervisor came and took a look himself to see if there was anything he could do. We didn't even ask. He just came to help. Great Customer Service Standards!

These guy's rock. Save yourself the headache, if your planning on switching over to VOIP phones. Great experience from Rebecca in the office and Craig out in the field. Very knowledgeable and friendly, and the process was a stress free transition, unlike my past experience.

Our office phone system was experiencing "end of life" issues and America's Phone Guys came to the rescue! They know phone systems! They gave us the best price we could find and the installation was done quickly and very professionally. Responding to follow-up set-up questions has been prompt.

Best phones for business

We have been using America's phone guys for years. They helped us upgrade our phone system and also help us maintain and expand our system. They have always been very responsive, friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

America's Phone Guys are the epitome of professionalism. Our Tech Craig is always punctual, courteous and very knowledgeable. He goes above and beyond to come up with innovative ways to solve any problem and no problem is too big or too small.

I've been working with Caleb for over 5 years, 3 states and 6 offices. He's always prompt, friendly, and gets stuff done. These guys are life savers! We had our business broken into and our phone system got damaged. They had us up and running in less than 24 hours with all new equipment. Craig, their technician was very professional and easy to work with. I highly recommend this company.

At 7:00 am on June 28, 2018, I was opening up our law firm for the day and discovered that we had ZERO phones. Apparently, the power outage from the night before completely took down our entire system. I placed a "panicked" call (from my cell phone of course) to America's Phone Guys for help. Not only was Caleb able to provide an estimate expeditiously, he was also taking my calls and answering my questions while traveling to a personal appointment. After approving the estimate, Caleb sent Craig out the very same day. I was fearful that our clients wouldn't be able to reach us for a few days, but Craig took down our old system and completely set up a new one with 13 phones plus headsets by 5:00 pm that day. What an AMAZING team America's Phone Guys have! Not just Caleb & Craig, but to Corrine and the rest of the staff, THANK YOU for the prompt and professional courtesies each and every one of you exude!!

The customer service was amazing. Our sales rep was the icing on the sales pitch cake - and what sold us on the product. Installation was seemless, questions were answered, and a training was scheduled in a timely manner. The product itself - our new phones - are really pretty awesome, the features are perfect for our office, the program managers that move around the county and our internal staff that stays put.
