Cross Connection Services
Carrier service providers are no longer required to provide complete end-to-end installation services to their customers when they hook up new service. It is left to the customer to provide the final connection from the telecommunications entrance point in their building, often called the Minimum Point of Entry (MPOE) or Demarcation Point (DMARC) to their own equipment rooms or closets. America’s Phone Guys can bridge this gap and provide the cabling and cross-connection services needed to complete the new circuit. We can hook up the following types of connections: T-1, PRI (Primary Rate Interface) circuit, POTS (Plain Old Telephone Service) lines, SIP trunks (Session Initiation Protocol), broadband or DSL service. We are the “inter-connect” that connects your equipment to the phone company’s equipment.
Business Relocation Services
America’s Phone Guys can relocate your telephone and communications equipment and make all the connections needed at your new location. We can work with your contractor to make certain your telecommunication services and equipment are right where you need them. If the new space is already wired but, you don’t know where the data outlets connect or if they are working properly, we can test and label them for you. We can be there when the phone company delivers your new service and connect it to your systems (the phone company usually won’t touch anything beyond their own equipment.) Our goal is to make the telecommunications portion of your move as painless as possible!

Telephone Extension Connections and Activations
We can relocate telephone extensions or add an outlet for a phone or fax wherever you need it. With some of our phone systems we can often piggy-back a new phone to an existing one so that you don’t need to have a cable installed saving you time and money. We can activate existing jacks for you so that you have service where you need it.
Voice and Data Wiring Demolition and Removal
Federal building codes now require removal of all voice and data wiring upon tenant evacuation from leased spaces. As a result, many landlords are now requiring all data and voice cables be removed when tenants vacate their facilities. We’d be happy to help you with the demolition and removal of Cat 3, Cat 5, Cat 5e, Cat 6, Fiber cabling.
