We purchased our system 9 years ago, and the last service call we had was about 7 years ago. So it was a pleasant surprise to find when we called for tech support they were able to immediately access our file and pull up the system configuration. Then, when it came to diagnosing and solving our problem, Caleb quickly figured out the issue (operator error, oops) and he then proceeded to help us reset some system parameters so that the operators (us) wouldn't recreate our mistake down the road. Great service!

I had a bit of a challenging phone issue; moving from Century Link to APG; entirely different phone system; going from traditional land line to VOIP phones; several lines; voice mail, hold music and the list goes on and on. Not one issue during this transition. Usually everything I do or attempt to have someone else do it takes 2 times minimum to get it right. With APG; first time; right on the money. Words cannot express the gratitude I have for them getting this right; first time and very quickly. Great job. Only company I will use. You can't go wrong.

These guys were so helpful & knowledgeable. They were able to get our phones upgraded and connected them to the outside loudspeaker! The loudspeaker was the best upgrade! The previous phone company that we used wasn't able to get that done so we were very impressed. Everything works perfectly! Craig & Caleb were very professional, friendly, and helpful. They tested everything & made sure we knew how to work everything before they left. I couldn't be any happier with their work! Craig even mounted my phone on the wall for me so I could have more desk space. These guys are awesome!!

Once again, America's Phone Guys, saves the day. Our Tech Erich was super knowledgeable, friendly and solved our VM resets with the usual efficiency. I love that they always have time for the little people.
