Our Mission Statement: America’s Phone Guys’ mission is to provide technology solutions with INTEGRITY. We work diligently to serve an increasing number of clients with technology solutions that best meet their needs while allowing us to fairly compensate our staff and make fair margins. We strive to provide top-notch customer service that makes us a leader in the industry.

Caleb Cook started America’s Phone Guys in 2001 to provide telecommunications solutions to businesses in the Portland, Oregon, and Southwest Washington areas. Caleb’s wife, Lois, joined the company in 2004, and the two still run the business today. The company is still operated locally and has grown from just two to a more extensive operation over the past two decades. The original name of the company was “Phone Guys.”

These days Caleb is primarily our Sales Engineer. He frequently turns up during system installations as he enjoys that part of the operation almost as much as meeting new people when making sales calls. If he’s not there, you can rest assured he’ll be on the phone checking in with the technician who is handling the job. Lois oversees operations, marketing, human resources, and anything for which Caleb hasn’t got the time.

Certified Telephone System Technicians

America’s Phone Guys technicians have a vast knowledge base in each of their respective areas. Our telephone system installers each complete manufacturer certification on the phones and systems in which they specialize. They then receive on-the-job training for no less than six months before we send them out to our customers on their own. We are constantly looking for new solutions to meet client needs better and providing our team additional training.

Our office has helpful, friendly folks ready to take your calls and do their best to answer your questions. Our office staff are able to assist with some basic programming requests such as forwarding calls for clients on our VoIP service or updating names and passwords. Our technicians take on the rest of the programming and are able to handle most of it remotely from our office. Our office staff will always get you connected to the best person for handling whatever it is you need as well as a salesperson if you need a new telecommunications solution for your business.

Extensive Phone System Product Line

America’s Phone Guys sell many of today’s top-rated business telephone systems and SIP phones. Our main product line has long been Panasonic. Panasonic offers some of the most reliable products in telephony and benefits that make it an outstanding value. We’ve also sold Allworx, Avaya Partner, NEC, Toshiba, Vodavi & Zultys and still support those. We also sell VoIP, SIP, and Hosted solutions from 3CX, Cisco, Poly (formerly Polycom), Panasonic, and Yealink.

We offer many varieties of VoIP Phone Service as well. We offer our own VoIP phone service and SIP Trunks and partner with several other VoIP providers such as GoTo (formerly Jive), Nextiva, 8 x 8, Net2Phone, and Intermedia. We find these carriers offer good value for our clients along with the best reliability. We are always on the lookout for the latest and greatest to meet all our client needs. We strive to match each client with a custom solution for their needs.
